Come Back Pretty Please

Juls, Hoot, and Noah can you please come back?

Why does four days of fun in the sun just zoom by?
Noah, thanks for helping Koa fall in love with the beach again. Before Noah came Koa would not go in the water. I really think Noah and Koa are twins just sent down three years apart. Koa does everything Noah use to do. He is a mini Noah and I love it!!

I like to pretend I still got it, but after playing with these girls I know I've lost it and they still got their mad soccer skills. One of my favorite past times with my two favorite girls.
All I can say is I sure do love you both. Thanks for the best weekend ever. Thanks for taking three years to come visit, thanks for the laughs, late nights (well I tried to stay up late) pulling out the pink reff shirts, Andrea trying to sleep in, giving Beckham his weekly bath (HA HA) running, shopping, swimming, and of course eating. What more could I want?

Our last day together sitting in the element with Hoot on the floor Koa says, "Don't leave us!" Noah even told Juls to just send him clothes, he is staying in Florida. I guess its time we listen to our kids we all just need each other... and need to be together.

One Month Old Already!!

I cannot believe we have had this sweet little boy in our lives for a whole month. It has just zoomed by way to quickly. I just want to freeze time and keep him a tiny infant forever. He brings so much happiness into our home.

Beckham has already been to the beach a few times. We have to squeeze as many beach days in before we leave.
Disney On Ice
I think I might have enjoyed it more than half the kids. I have been wanting to go see Disney on Ice for a couple of years now. See dreams do come true. I know Iron Man is not part of the Disney show, but it is hard to leave our house without a costume on. His Buzz costume just didn't make the cut, he had to have Iron Man. (I tired talking him into Buzz it would have looked so much better for pictures)
Great seats (front row)+ Great friends+ the toy story gang = way to much fun for one little boy to handle!
Some things never change. I have a picture just like this with Jimmie holding Koa.
We had to upgrade to a double bob. Although it is massive, I LOVE IT!! Beckham has already been on a few runs.
Beckham's Baby Blessing
I was excited to have my Mom here for Beckham's blessing. Thanks for all the help and fun! We sure do love and appreciate all you do for us.

We LOVED LOVED having Kathy come help with Baby Beckham. Koa (and Jimmie and I) could not get enough of her. Thanks for all the cleaning, babysitting, meals, and gifts.

Beckham T. Averett has ARRIVED

Koa is keeping busy and loving his new brother...sometimes a little to much. Lots of kisses, hugs and tight squeezes. It is fun to see how much he is in love already. They will for sure be best buds.

I can't believe Koa number 2 is here. He looks just like Koa did when he was a baby.
I am not sure why some of the pictures are really small, but my friend Britt Andersen did an amazing job taking our pictures. Thanks Britt.

Life has been better than I could imagine. Beckham is such a good boy. He hardly cries, and only wakes up once in the night. I am almost scared to think this is normal because when I do, I am afraid it will change.

Jimmie and I have been loving our family time. He had a week off for spring break, which helped me out beyond words. He played with Koa, changed Beckham's diapers, and was my little servant helping me with anything I needed. On Thursday Jimmie's Mom came and has been helping us out. Its been great to have her here. She is such a great lady who we love so stinkin much!

Although I must say I was terrified to deliver in Florida and have a shared room, but it actually turned out to be wonderful. My nurses where awesome and I only ended up sharing a room one night. I have to admit it was a 100 times better than my delivery in Utah, it probably had something to do with the fact that I was only in labor for two hours here and 38 in Utah.

Can It Get Any Better?

Iron Man is in the house. Jimmie and I found a few costumes for Koa before Christmas at a store that was going out of business needless to say Koa makes me put Iron Man on about 50 times a day. Although some days I get a little annoyed, I just remind myself how cute it is that he loves to dress up , someday I will be missing putting his costumes on him.

We have to soak in as much time as possible before July comes. I can't believe we are leaving so soon.

Jimmie and I discovered a new Sunday event on the roof of our parking garage. Since we don't have a yard or much of any open space for that matter, you have to get creative. Now we can use our long boards, Koa's bike and scooter and not worry about getting hit by all the crazy drivers of South Florida.
Genie Girl is back... for only 4 months, but we will take what we can get. We got to party at our house for two weeks while she was waiting for her apartment to open up. This picture shows how big I look next to skinny mini Genie. Only 4 weeks left until I get induced!!! Two AVERETT boys!! Welcome Home Genie.

3 mile fun Run... Most of us are pregnant, but hey it still turned out great. I loved having all the families out there running, roller skating (GO SHARON) , pushing strollers on the Aventura loop. After the run we met at the park for a family picnic. These are the little things I am going to miss the most...our wonderful FRIENDS. I have spent many hours on this piece of pavement and will honestly miss it when we move.

Circus Fun!

Our Disney World adventures were some that we will never forget. It was such a perfect way to spend Christmas with our family and not have to fly across the country. Thanks Kathy and Al for making it possible for us to go as a family. We loved every second of it!!

Happy Thanksgiving.

I just love this picture of Koa. Every time I see it I laugh.
Andersen's white elephant Christmas party. I thought the camera was set up to take a picture of the whole group... when I got home this is all I had. So if anyone who was there has a full group picture I would love it. There is such an amazing group of people here. I love spending time with them. I can't believe this is our last Christmas here.
Be careful spiderman will shot his web at you.
Koa got to touch snow for the first time, I don't know if it officially counts since he is in Florida, wearing shorts, with flip flops, in December... I think this the the closet he will get to snow for a year. I was in shock that he sat still while he got his face painted. Koa had to keep looking at himself in the mirror to make sure his mask looked perfect.

We took Koa on a carriage ride around Gulf Stream, he was loving it, and had to pull him off.

Thanks to Jimmie's professor Dr. Southerland we had the chance to sail the Atlantic ! He took us out to sightsee part of the Keys. We explored and learned lots of history of the Atlantic Ocean and it's landmarks.

Happy Thanksgiving!!! This year was interesting to say the least. It was not our traditional big feast, but we did have fun. We started the day off with Jimmie playing football, then seeing Tangled, and ended it at Golden Corral, yes I did say Golden Corral. If I can give you any advice, never, never go there for Thanksgiving, it was awful, crowded, and full of nasty food. Next year will be much better... but I did have a wonderful day with my two boys. Even with the bad food, we still had fun and have so much to be thankful for. I know we are truly blessed.

Mr. Incredible can't wait for Santa to come visit him. He is trying his best to be a good boy!
