Welcome to Florida Rob
Koa's First Thanksgiving
We had a great time with friends for Thanksgiving. Although we missed our family on Koa's first Thanksgiving, we are very thankful for friends who have become our family while we live hundreds of miles away from ours! The Clarks were nice to go to all of that work. They set up tables and chairs between their garage and the Fawson's garage which gave us plenty of room. Of course the weather was perfect, even though it is November, that is why we love Florida.

The Everglades...Gator Park
My sister Rhonda and her three kids came out to visit us! We had a blast swimming, playing at the beach, going to play groups, running and visiting the Gator Park. The Gator Park was in Miami and we looked on the website, it said if we get there before ten then you would get one free adult admission into the park. Since we both are trying to save money we were all over that. We loaded up the car at 8:30a.m and thought we would have plenty of time to get there. Don't worry it took us three hours. To say the least we didn't make it for our free admission and the four kids were ready to get out of the car. Rhonda and I always have a fun together even if it is sitting in three hours of Miami traffic.

Ready for Church
This is one of my very favorite pictures. I just love watching my Dad with Koa. He loves him so much. I would wake up in the moring and my Dad would be holding and talking to Koa. Which was a perfect time for them to spend together since my Dad is such a morning person, 4:45 is just to early for me. I feel extremely lucky to have my Dad in my life. He works so hard day in and day out, what a great example to our family. My Dad is such a fun person to be around. Thanks Dad for all you do. I love you!
Vote Yes on Prop 8
We started our trip out by standing on the street corner with 30 other ward members holding up signs for Prop 8. This is a big deal and if it passes we are going to have a lot of problems. I have been impressed at how awesome the stake members have been in putting in tons of time to educate people on prop 8. My Dad has been making phone calls for hours on Thursday nights and spent tons of time delivering 400 door signs last night. I am glad we had the chance to see all the hard work in action!!
Just can't get enough
I was so excited that I got to see the Dixie State Women's soccer team play in their last home game. I got to coach these girls last year and miss it more than anything. I love soccer and as Jimmie would say, it is time to hang up your cleats. As you all know it is in my blood and will forever be. Juli and Laura are my best friends, I loved spending time with them watching the girls kick butt on the field.
Alesha and Clint are amazing!!!
Okay really, who looks like this after giving birth to twins three weeks ago? I am so proud of her and Clint. They are doing such a wonderful job being parents, I don't know how they do it with a smile on their faces the whole time. Izzie and Simon are lucky babies. We love you Pezy keep up the good work.
Two new babies came to St. George while we were gone
It may be October but...
the Smiths are in their wet suits on the lake. Steve came up to check out DSC and see if he was interested in going next semester. I had the honors of showing him my favorite town and school. My older brother Gary took us out on the lake. This was Koa's first lake trip. Believe it or not we were the only ones out there. Actually it wasn't cold once you had the full body wet suit on. It was amazing to wake board again. I miss it so much.
